SBS has been manufacturing equipment for liquid-to-air cooling since 1974. Our cooling products are:  
Quench Air (Removable Cover Plate Design)Quench Air (Box Header Design)
Used often for cooling quench oil, but can be used to cool or condense any flow of vapor/fluid. Most common industrial applications include quench oil, hydraulic oil and lube oil cooling. Heat transfer fluid cooling is also done. Generally for designs requiring tube rodding and conditions under 100 PSIG and/or 450°F.
This is a more expensive design than the Removable Cover Plate. Used often for cooling heat transfer fluids above 450°F, but can be used to cool or condense any flow of vapor/fluid. Generally for designs requiring tube rodding and conditions from 150 to 600 PSIG and operating temperatures from 450°F to 750°F.
Quench Air (WaterSaver Design) End-O-Therm
Used primarily to cool non-contact cooling water. Tubes are 5/8" seamless copper with aluminum fins. Cleaning the inside of tubes mechanically is impossible, but may be chemically cleaned. This design is used on our SBS WaterSaver System.
A unique product for direct air cooling the hot endothermic generator gas with ambient air.  Eliminates the use of troublesome water cooled top hats on endothermic generators.  Available in up to 7200 CFH capacities.
WaterSaver System Global Cooling
A product for closed loop cooling of process water. Complete with tank, pump, copper cooling coil, and all necessary valves and controls.  Skid mounted for indoor installation.  Generally used to cool a 5 to 200 GPM water flow to 110°F.
An add on product to above Quench Air to introduce highly pressurized filtered water to the cooling air of the Quench Air.  This will reduce the dry bulb temperature of the cooling air 10 to 20 degrees F.  An SBS cooler can do more cooling with lower ambient cooling air temperatures.
